The staff were very friendly and thorough, letting us know all of our options, and the food was great! We liked the Greek salad and the reuben was excellent! Good fries too, always important at a diner! We love the classic retro diner look too.
I am so impressed by this humble diner. Their food has been consistently great no matter what I've gotten, and their selection of foods is HUGE. They have American home foods, Italian, Mexican, breakfast all day. Not to mention well priced.
Both little ones got something they love which is a double win for tired parents. Thing #1 got the [Appetizer] cheese quesadilla with nothing on it and a [Appetizer] Garlic Bread. Thing #2 got the Mac & Cheese with Apple Juice and , at the end , ice cream to go. I asked on scaled of 1 to 5, and Thing 2 said
Last breakfast while in the area for vacation and it was the best. Only got some take out from here before we packed up to leave but it was very good food. Can't say much else.
You will not be disappointed. Breakfast, lunch or dinner,this is a local favorite with good reason. Abe the gracious owner provides a huge menu with a large variety of options. The seniors special is what I enjoy soup or salad with entree (number to choose from) and pie or pudding for dessert for a good price. I take home dessert and leftovers. The friendly staff work very hard during the busy times.
